Welcome to the website of the Association of Biodanza Teachers in the United Kingdom (ABTUK)

You have come to the largest and longest established association of Biodanza teachers in the UK.  If you are new to Biodanza, we hope this site at least stimulates your curiousity further.

They say a picture speaks louder than a thousand words.  We have an array of photos to attempt to give you an idea of how Biodanza can help you have fun, reduce stress, improve your health, increase your self-confidence etc.  At the end of the day, like tasting a juicy pear, only enjoying a class can show you how good it can make you feel!

Say "Yes" to Life!  Experience a class near you!  If there isn't one shown, contact us.  We're keen for Biodanza - the dance of life - to be available all over Britain, and may well be able to set up a class for you.

If you are a Biodanza student, a student-under-supervision, or a new Biodanza teacher there is much to digest on this site.  A particular area that may interest you is the Reference section, that gives a wealth of information about the history and background of Biodanza.  The Constitution may well interest you too.  It shows you how the association can help you.  Some of the areas on this site (e.g. RSU) are for teaching members' access only.
